Pen to Print is monitoring the latest guidance and will update you as soon as possible should the advice change.

Currently we are not planning to hold any face to face events and classes. We are moving all our activity online for the foreseeable future.

Our physical programme activity has been paused, all events will be online, we will continue to review the situation, and this may change, we are hoping we can start holding events again when Government advice allows.

We also have the digital Write On! Magazines that can be read online click Write On! Extra on the website. The next Write On! Magazine issue is due out July 2020 and may be online only if distributing venues reamin closed.

Our Pen to Print Competitions are remaining open to entries too; all the entry requirements and details are on our website the closing dates of our regular competitions have been extended to 25 September 2020, 5pm.

BD CAN – which stands for Barking & Dagenham Citizens Alliance Network.

To make sure no one is left unsupported, BD CAN is providing a key contact point for anyone in the borough who needs help or knows someone who does. It could be anything from help picking up medication or food shopping, to a friendly phone call if someone is self-isolating and is feeling cut off from the community.
